MS. ULLA TØRNÆS (DENMARK)
Minister for Development Cooperation since 2005 and member of the Danish Parliament for the Liberal Party since 1994. Prior to serving as Minister for Development Cooperation Ms. Tørnæs was Minister of Education. During her political career Ms. Tørnæs has been spokesperson for the Liberal Party in Parliament, member of the Committee of the Liberal Parliamentary Party and the National Committee of the Liberal party as well as Vice-president of the National Committee of the Liberal Federation of Liberal and Radical Youth.
